Who This Applies To
These terms apply only if you have separately and affirmatively opted in to receive SMS communications from Andoh Dougan Law PC. Opting in to SMS is optional and is not a condition of receiving legal services or booking a consultation.
How Your Number Is Used
Your phone number is used solely to send you conversational messages related to your inquiry or matter with this firm — such as appointment confirmations, scheduling follow-up, or next-step communications. We do not use your number for automated marketing, sales campaigns, or any purpose unrelated to your matter.
Sharing
Your phone number and SMS opt-in status will not be shared with, sold to, or used by third parties for their own marketing or solicitation purposes.
Consent Is Separate From Services
Your agreement to receive SMS messages is independent of any legal services engagement. You may book a consultation, submit an inquiry, or retain the firm without consenting to receive SMS. Withdrawing SMS consent does not affect your legal representation.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, contact us directly at intake@dougan.legal or 762-233-3310.
